Last night, before staying up to finish Empress of the World (which was very good, by the way), there was a bit more questing in the Wrath of the Lich King beta. And since I promised myself I’d get better at posting screencaps - or at least taking them - here are a few more from last night’s adventures:

See those pirate ships in the distance? We get to throw bombs at them!

This was a really fun quest. First, you launch harpoons at buildings and blow them up from great distances. THEN - you stand on a harpoon and surf your way through the air to land at the other side of the river. I want to do it again!

We were very excited about this elevator ride, only to find that there was nowhere to go at the bottom! Bummer. But we theorized that it would be very convenient should you get stranded at sea.

There is something really thrilling about encountering a new gathering node out in the wild. Good thing I have K to keep the baddies off me while I enjoy my flower-picking hobby. Though I suppose throwing her a heal would be a good idea!
