I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, and I finally got around to it. Because updating each episode is time-consuming, I can’t do it as often as I’d like. I’ve decided that a solution to the problem is to keep a blog with the character’s journals. Some of the content will probably make it to the series from time to time, as it’s all relevant and describes things that are occuring in the story.

The new blog will be “written” by Aeryn, Azure, and the new main character, Thryn. It’s possible that all characters will drop by from time to time, but it will mainly be the journal of those three. The idea behind this is that, I’d always intended for the characters to keep journals, and to include excerpts from the journal in the Rayne episodes. So this blog expands on the idea, posts the full journal content for all to read, and allows me to go back and pick the excerpts I’ll want. It also helps me keep the story current between updates.

I hope this becomes an enjoyable new feature for those who enjoy the series. The first journal post is up, and is “written” by Thryn. I hope to update this several times a week.
